Working and volunteering at a church involves many responsibilities, and it's important to make sure nothing on your to-do list slips through the cracks. Tasks allow you to create, track, and organize to-do items, so you can stay on top of all the things you need to get done! You can get started on the Tasks page in Home.

Create Task Lists

You can create lists to organize your various tasks and change your view to see all tasks or only tasks within a specific list.

  1. Switch between different lists or see all tasks.

    Tip

The default My List and any tasks on that list are only visible to you. Any other lists you create can be shared with collaborators.

  2. Add a new task list.

When you create a new task list, it will have the default title "New Task List." Select the title or use the Actions dropdown to select Edit Title to update it.

  4. If there are collaborators on the list, you can select one of them as the task's assignee. This is unavailable for the default My List as it is private to you.

  5. Set or remove the due date for the task.
